The DS cartridge has the Genius dictionary as it's J-E dictionary. There are couple different vendors with dictionary apps that you can buy it for, but for example:

Kenkyusha's collegiate dictionary is also comparable and is $10 cheaper:

Since they are moderately expensive, if your current setup works for you then no need to change it, but I just wouldn't go out of my way to recommend that people try to obtain a DS with this cartridge in 2017.
