- Local library mostly as CDs. Some I download.
- Axis 360 It's what my library supports.
- None. Listen in the car on my to/from work. For the stuff on my phone, I play it on my car's speakers via bluetooth.
- No cost to me outside of the 3 mile roundtrip commute to the library every week or so.
- The normal speed/pace.
- I've never actually tried to go faster, but I don't think the app I use will play faster.
