I can see how it would be convenient for people who always go to the same place. I fact, I've used a company-specific app to order pizza before. But I'd much rather have one app to access any restaurants I want. See: Eat24, Grubhub, Tabbed out.
Otherwise, I'll just pay with my card the old-fashioned way.
Ninja edit: I realize that I can't access ANY restaurant on the three apps above, but they're at least headed in the right direction.
