Hi /u/mach_oddity,
Have you looked at eDrawings for Android? It is $1.99 and it should be able to view all SOLIDWORKS native files.

The app is eDrawing. Android version is here - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.solidworks.eDrawingsAndroid Not sure how the ios version is but the Android version isn't very good, couldn't open a small 15 piece assembly and had issues with missing surfaces. Looks like they just updated it so I'll have to try it again. I use solidworks everyday as a designer and I love it, its fun to use and build with it although making 2d drawing is still lacking in some aspects.
