Tried quite a few of those and my #1 pick is G-Stomper VA https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.planeth.vabeastdemo&hl=en
There's also a Studio version with a drum sampler and other cool features. Caustic is also fantastic, but G-Stomper is slightly better in terms of the kinds of sounds you can get out of it (it does depend a lot on your personal preference, though).
