It's called 'LFC Official App' on iOS or Android
The page the tweet links to says: > > Please note that the LFC Official App is currently unavailable (but coming soon) in the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam.
So should be available elsewhere

The official Liverpool app on android says it has live audio. It is £2.99 however - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.liverpoolfc
