It's in Korean though.
In SK, netcafes actually don't profit from PC rent fees anymore. Majority of profit comes from food and drink sales. Iirc they also make a deal with devs/pubs/3rd party to turn these PCs into essentially a marketing platform.
Petty thieves and play-and-runs are major issues too, and there are CCTVs everywhere to prevent these kind of problem.
