What is the crowd's opinion of Radio Cab - Portland, OR?

I've switched to the Radio Cab app after Lyft was leaving me stranded at the airport. It ended up being cheaper and faster, and I had forgotten how nice it is to have a professional taxi driver. Only downside I've found js that the app has an absolute garbage UI.
