Have used Reading Trainer It did help me, try it out to see if it works for you.

Hi. Here;s what I've done:

1. Purchase this app from PlayStore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.heku.readingtrainer&hl=en
2. Pre-commit to doing 3 units per day (takes about 40 minutes)
3. Persevere
4. Profit.

This has improved my reading speed from ~100 words per minute to ~200 words per minute. I've been using it since 1 month now. It has done wonders.
