Sparsecast is a pretty good little weather app. uses forecast.io for data. quickly and easily see the current conditions, hourly rain forecast, more weather details as well as conditions through the day all in one nice and easy to read layout, same goes for the 7 day forecast. it lacks a widget and could use a navigation drawer for locations, but its pretty handy and I haven't seen it talked about like I have weather timeline.
