So I'm in the same boat as you, but with maybe a little more success. I go a month or two before I fall, but I'm getting better! Some practical things that I've done.
1. K9 web protector- it's a web blocker that can be annoying at times, but it works! Set your password to "ilovejesus" or something along those lines, so if you're tempted to override it, hopefully that will deter you.
2. Victory app- it's a lifeteen app that keeps you accountable and you can track your progress and failures and record what temps you so you can avoid it. It also has a daily check in that always pops up at the right time!
