They haven't this app appear to have the same package name as Cyanogenmod's cLock app or another cyanogenmod app (com.cyanogenmod.lockclock). You can see it from the play store URL : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyanogenmod.lockclock&hl=en . In other words, this app isn't installed on your phone, it just shares a package name with a cyanogenmod system app
