I have this one, it's got a screen roof with an optional rain fly cover. It goes up very quickly - I can do it myself in under 5 minutes. I bought this bad boy about 2 years ago. It was only 180 then.
It's enough space for me and my two dogs but I set it up like a bedroom.
This is awesome. Have had it for 4 years. Easy set up- no poles. Two rooms. Massive. Big enough for everything you mention.
If weight and packed size are no concern I recommend an instant-up tent. I recently purchased the Core instant cabin tent. . This one is 9 person and fits 2 queen sized air mattresses with some room to spare for gear and a pack-and-play. For my family of 5 it was perfect. Highly recommend.

Differnt brand but simular design. Large enough to stand up in. Fit a queen size air mattress and cooler bags on the other side. While still having room to walk around. Hang a small led flash light from the ceiling and you'll be set. I'm to lazy to go see what brand is, but been in a couple good rains and everything stayed dry.
