I have this one and really like it: Monologues from Literature: A Sourcebook for Actors https://www.amazon.com/dp/0449905357/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_XGGMvbNT3SDTC
It's nice because it's not the same tired collection of monologues that directors hear over and over.
