I’m not sure wtf that $60 “geospatial institute 2021” one is but it has some other publisher. This one is far far less: Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge: FAA-H-8083-25B (ASA FAA Handbook Series) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/1619544733/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_TNEPF7CG663WDNQN2MN2
I think you would benefit from the Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge. While not specific to the Piper PA-28, it does cover the basic of how aircraft systems operate. If you're going for your certification, you'll want that book anyway. That, along with the Airplane Flying Handbook have been indispensable in making sure I was prepared for my first lessons, as well as the test I will take in the near future.
A quick Google search has shown me this manual. That seems to be exactly what you're looking for, albeit seemingly behind a paywall. It seems there are some PDF versions of similar manuals that are slow to load for me. You might have better luck. What I searched for.
Best of luck to you. I'm new to flying and am finally getting over the nerves associated with it, but I can't wait for my next lesson.
Buy this:

Read them (mostly the first and the third one, with the second one as a reference). Save up a shit ton of money and do all your flight training in a short period of time. A big mistake people make is stretching it out over too long a period of time and that makes it easier to get rusty or forget, so you waste money re-doing lessons or tests.
That's the wrong one, it's all black and white.
Here is the right one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1619544733/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_KKY3PAEGMFB0KP3Y3TQE
Awesome! I'll probably get those to suppliment. Just to confirm, you're referring to these, right? https://www.amazon.com/Pilots-Handbook-Aeronautical-Knowledge-FAA-H-8083-25B/dp/1619544733/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499377298&sr=8-1&keywords=Pilots+Handbook+of+Aeronautical+Knowledge
and
Thanks!
I can second GPA. I've met a couple of their instructors. It's good training at a good price.
Edit: If you want to get your feet wet, this book will be indispensable during flight school.
