Typically your surgeon provides you with one but I paid for my surgery out of pocket, and my surgeon suggested I buy my brace, cryo machine, etc on Amazon to save money. But this is the one I used. It worked great!!
I was given a game ready machine. I only have it for 14 days so it goes back tomorrow. I bought this on Amazon for $200 bucks (vs my $350 2 week rental of GR)and it is not nearly as good but does the job as well. I will be keeping it for tough days. Hope that helps.

I'm glad you got clarification! I did not know what one was before my injury either. It's like a little cooler with a knee or whatever attachment you require. Mine had a timer so I would set it to 20 mintues on, 10 off and it runs continously. I linked the one I have. My problem was I was too stubborn to stay away from cutting and high impact sports hence why I tore it a second time. I didn’t take the rehab serious and continued to try and play pick up basketball and flag football. It was a tough pill to swallow to accept that I can’t play those sports anymore especially at 23. My best friend after those surgeries was the ice machine they gave me. It holds cold ice water and pumps it into a knee sleeve I still use it to this day. If they don’t you can buy one on Amazon I highly recommend one.
