Vendors were selling these purple pillow seat cushions like crazy at the 2019 WSOP. I have a ruptured disc in my lower back and this pillow allows me to play long sessions relatively pain free.

I have a seat cushion from Purple in my car and I used to have one at my office too. They are expensive, $50-80 I think, but I think it's worth it. I can't even explain to you how much of a difference it makes for me. I used to have to fly long flights (>12hr) and it makes all the difference in the world.
