about 2.75" in girth at the head and shaft widens to 3". it is rather firm and unrelenting.
my favorite large toy like this is the doc johnson "Hung" - is pretty much the same size, however it is made of their " ultraskyn" material so it has a firm core with a very soft and supple outer layer which has give and feels very smooth and soft.
I very much like the "real skin" types of toys as they feel very nice against sensitive skin but due to their soft outer skin, the surfaces of theese toys can be a bit "boring" as opposed to other textured and varied surface toys. also they are porous and care must be taken to clean them well.
