We just bought this and test it out this weekend with terrific results. It has a hand-held control that allows you to change up the vibration strength/pattern and is a pretty decent size (about the length of my palm.) The only thing we didn't like about this is that it's a little hard to keep it in if you're having sex at the same time (which we were) but if the person who's using it is on their back, it ought to be fine.
