30 Boxes was very useful to me. There was also a REALLY awesome webapp, where you could enter in all your deadlines and estimated time to completion and how long you wanted to spend each day on your work, and it would create a personalised study plan for you. It made it much easier to actually stick to your plan, when you weren't the one who made it in the first place (and could thus alter it). I'll try to find it.
