Like ToeTag said, never download anything off these sites, but here's what can help you now:
- Download and install (open it up and let it update definitions, but don't run a scan yet) this: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
- Open your anti-virus program and update definitions (don't run a scan yet)
- Reboot your computer in safe mode
- Open Malwarebytes and run a full scan, when it's done tell it to clean items it finds.
- When that's done open your default anti-virus program and run a full scan.
