Man, I loved Alan Wake... but that game got crazy meta! There's actually a QR code in the game (before the part that shows the footage in that GIF) that takes you to a real-world website making fun of the footage you haven't seen yet!

Remedy likes to hide things like this. In Alan Wake, there is a QR code that links to this image as well as others. Pretty sure that is one of them
EDIT: Looks like they are only in the PC version. Xbox version doesn't have any hidden QR codes. https://alanwake.fandom.com/wiki/QR_Codes
