Check out Alma too (http://www.getalma.com/). Does everything PowerSchool, Harmony, Skyward, etc. do plus adds in an LMS, RoboCall for cancellations and delays and it incorporates with Google Classroom. We use PowerSchool now and hate it and are looking at other options.
