Assuming the web app is WebTube and the API app is SkyTube ... There's also NewPipe, which is what I use. It's a bit more primitive than SkyTube but it seems to work. By comparison Firefox struggles with YouTube on older devices like my Nexus 7.

AndStatus is an excellent Twitter client. There's other apps but I've never had cause to try them.

Facebook I don't really use either, but the official app is basically a web view + spyware, so the alternatives can hardly be any worse :)

Luckily, there already are mobile apps for GNU social. I use AndStatus, another alternative is Mustard. Both are open source, both are on F-Droid and Google Play.
