Download the ARC client here.
Once you have that set up, click the ARC logo in the upper-left corner, and there should be an option that says "Redeem Code". Voila.

As for Gigantic, there isn't a direct download link for it. Either go to the Gigantic section in the Arc client to download it, use the Windows 10 store, or get it on Xbox One.
