Well, turns out it was just Google Authenticator that was the issue. emailed support and they suggested i try https://authenticator.cc/ (browser extension) and i just manually entered the info to add it in (on my pc) and it worked 1st try. Suggested to them --> Maybe update in the Settings to not suggest google authenticator or just add in the authenticator.cc option?
