What is the crowd's opinion of Close?

Yeah I love learning about new tools. I should have mentioned close.com too, which I haven't used in a while but it's a neat tool for cold email outreach and keeping track of the sales funnel for responses.

I appreciate you providing options but we are already heavily embedded with 3 different providers currently. It's just confusing because everyone here is saying "no its not possible". But when you look at real world examples like https://close.com/calling/ they even state publicly on their page that they charge Twilio rates directly.. thereby letting Twilio collect the tax not them.

With over a dozen CRM solutions available it's not easy to make a choice. Each solution has its pros and cons when compared to another. Some are outright expensive to be even considered by a small business.

Based on the requirement mentioned I would suggest you have a look at Close

I seriously wish you the best of luck, as I'm in the same boat, I can understand the mix of uncertainty, relief and excitement.

If I can just offer a bit of constructive criticism: I have no idea what your product is by looking at your web page. I just see a lot of the same buzzwords everyone else has; "Social. Mobile. Global. Market. Automation. Scaling."

Also, keep in mind most people don't scroll past the hero. Your video should really be at the top imo. Sort of like this: https://close.com/

Hahaha - Hello Nick, I was visiting the website, and I'm intrigued. I see that I'd be able to "call multiple numbers at once." How many numbers at once could I call? With Orum, I can call as many as 10 at a time.

Also, does your solution allow navigating through dial-by-name directories automatically?

Hey there - there are tons of solutions out there. Here's what I recommend: map out your requirements first, then try out a few solutions to see what feels good to use. So many CRMs fail not because they can't do the job, but because people hate using them.

I personally love Close because it has built in email and calling (many do), and emphasizes speed and simplicity more than any other solution I've found. Others will do the job too, but Close is my preference.
