Your mom sounds overly controlling, which imo is a form of mental abuse. Not sure if that monitoring is software or hardware based but using a proxy is probably your best bet to avoid it, something like https://www.croxyproxy.com/ all they'll see is visiting that address. You could also try factory resetting your device but that would probably tip them off.
