Fire Toolbox will put Google on your tablets.
I'd recommend Cx File Explorer. It integrates with OneDrive, Dropbox, etc. If the Play store version doesn't work then try an older version from APK Mirror or similar.

Worked, needed to connect via USB to file browse to place the package. Some reason can't anymore use native file browser. But did find one today that works.
