That answer's a bit multi-headed: the game I've shown you above (developed by Human Head Studios) was likely to release late 2014.
However, a new Prey game is still in development by Arkane Studios of Dishonored fame. This game will be radically different; it's said to be a "spiritual successor to System Shock 2", and has completely scrapped the cyberpunk megacity aesthetic (boo!) for a more "post-apocalyptic" feel.
No release date has been speculated for Arkane's Prey title as of yet :)
Nobody has pointed out yet that there are screens on the official site.
in the bar at the bottom is a good 31 screenshots in an overview section at the bottom of the page. it looks pretty good and i like the fact they stuck with the first person, it does not have "omg skyrim graphics" but thats the art style. The CGI intro is amazing and is common practice, i didnt know this was taboo all of a sudden.
TL;DR: give a new potential series a chance and look at the screenshots on the official before making your grand decision to the internet.(because it cares)
edit: also the guy in charge of art direction is the same man in charge of Half Life: 2's Artistic Style. Im certain the game will have a unique flavour to it
