Set up Distill Web Monitor (free chrome/firefox extension, link in previous text) on a 5 second refresh cycle and have it monitor the "Auto Notify" text on the web page. I managed to snag 2 of these cards this week using this method. You can try nowinstock.net too, but I found it tended to send me notification of stock a little too late.
I just noticed that there's a plugin made for firefox, chrome and opera that allows you to pinpoint what to watch. I'm trying it right now.
There's a couple of others too.
Sign up as a participant, verify your account and answer all the prescreening questions. Check the studies page regularly as you rarely, if ever, get alerts about studies you're eligible for.

Learn how to use it. Point it at the "sold out" element. Refresh at a reasonable interval (I doubt the patches sell out in under 2 minutes, so start with that).

Download the app Devices Stock Checker. It will monitor the stock of certain devices that you set (be sure to change the refresh time to 1 min).
Be ready on Wed. Stock starts to roll out on the GPS around 1pm EST. I got my white 64g at 1:43 EST. When I got mine, they put up the 32gig first, then about 15 min later they put up the 64gigs. If you can try to be on your computer, or able to check the website often next Wed between 1-4 EST.
