Dragonvale is similar but with a different layout. Breeding dragons together to get new dragons.

My Singing Monsters also had a similar deal, but closer to Dragonvale than Pocket Frogs. MSM does have a really cool audio component too.

Plus there's the cat game now... I forget what it's called.

I would agree that none are AS simple as Pocket Frogs. They have a little more game play complexity, but ultimately much much fewer breeding results.
