e107 without question - brilliant for clan sites!
Get the rWar and LGSL plugins for clan war management too.

I know I need glasses (a little near sighted) and I use a 24" @ 1920x1200 and I didn't have problems reading it.
..
Ok searched around a bit and I think the reason the font is so small is because its pretty standard for that CMS system (e107).
