Sample Size: all web traffic, so between 1-2k unique pageviews to date

Testing: Clicking free plan link vs cheapest plan link

All other variables except price and features for free plan are the same (copy, images, layout, adwords/external links driving traffic). Really interested in knowing value of Full Featured Free Trial vs Completely Free Limited Features. So far, Free and limited is surprisingly interesting.

Check it out. My friend uses this a lot and loves it. I don't think he uses WP with it but it does list as being able to integrate with it. Should be right up your alley.

A quick tip for file organization is to use numbers, uppercase or other pre-fixes to keep the "standard" directories at the top of every sub-folder.

Example for Web Project

01_Supplied

• ./Assets - Logos, word docs, etc

• ./SOW - Documents, other CYAs

02_Planning

• ./Discovery - Questionnaires, personas, etc

• ./Sitemap

03_Design

• ./Assets

• ./Comps

• ./Wireframes

• ./Layouts

04_Development

• ./Assets - Misc. files needed in dev

• ./Vendors - Licenses, plugins, etc

Then anything else will just fall in line after that.

So above is great for a small agency or team (a PM + designer + developer). Any larger team most likely has turned to the cloud for syncing their active projects (Google, Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive).

Whatever you end up using, consistency and standardization of your client and project directories will make it easier to keep your team in sync more than any cloud program can. Remember: Garbage in, garbage out

I just watched the video and I'd have to agree with /u/zoshchenko, it looks really low-budget and amateur.

However, if your agency was producing videos like this, which also looks low-budget and amateur, it's not all that bad.
