1. Open config.ini, located in the same folder as kshootmania.exe. Note that the text file is in Shift-JIS encoding, so it's better to use Notepad++ or Visual Studio Code to edit the file.
2. There should be a line starting with key=, followed by a list of numbers. This is the list of 14 keycodes; 4 for BTs, 2 for FXs, 2 for left knob, 2 for right knob, 1 for pressing both FX keys, and etc...
3. You can see which keycode corresponds to which key either on testing on this site or looking up this table. Press the right alt key to find the keycode for it (21 for me but it can be different).
4. Edit the number corresponding to the FX key in the line starting with key= in config.ini to set the key.
5. Play k-shoot mania to see whether the settings are applied correctly.

Suggestion : put the Listed Time at "Any Time" by default not 1 week.

If you want to remove the mouse wheel, you should edit that .json file (which is a JavaScript based format btw, not Java - big difference) like so:

I haven't tested this myself - I'm on the switch version - but I did think that what that guy posted wasn't very clear. If you want to rebind it to a different keyboard key just change that 86 to the key code of whatever key you want to change it to.
