For Gantt-like:
- http://gantter.com - free webapp
- http://www.tomsplanner.com - webapp, maybe too limited with the free personal plan but check it out.
- www.teamweek.com - webapp with a free plan, seems pretty decent.
Then there's is www.trello.com with a very different approach but could maybe work for you.

Do you need a full suite or are you looking for a utility to make gantt charts/schedules. If so check out Gantter. http://gantter.com/ It's integrated with google drive and can export as an older ms project file.
