I am always looking for interesting projects which might be products if they got special care.
You should post your projects here to ask for people who want to help market it and maybe de revenue split.
I have done it the other way around. I am a pretty good product designer and marketeer and only a hobby programmer so if you have projects that are interesting and have market potential I would be interested in partnering with you somehow.

I'm not sure if you can set the notes to be always-visible, but you can download the trial version and play around with it.

Check out Ghost Note. It allows you to append notes to Applications. For example, when using iTerm, I I can ctrl+shift+space and a note pops up with all the unix commands I can never remember. Or Vim, I'm trying to learn (aka remember) all the commands this week and Ghost Note has been insanely helpful.

We are going to provide more granular control over apps with time because we know some work differently. It's mostly base don what we can get access to (best is docoument path) so yes we are working on solutions for things like this.

We launched Ghostnote recently and is working on a lot of new features and improvements plus working on a windows version, a web version and a mobile version (based on location) Furthermore we are going to introduce teamnotes soon which allow you to add notes to files and folders on ex. dropbox and have others see them.
