What is the crowd's opinion of Glipper?

I used to like Glipper and I would have included it but sadly it is unmaintained and essentially abandoned. The listed maintainer Laszlo has not responded to anything in Launchpad (official project repo) in 3 Years and 9 Months (2013-02-25) so I'd say it's safe to declare it dead.
