This is an ubuntu specific issue. You might want to file an lp report.
gnome-maps - works fine for me on fedora
gnome weather - same as above
gnome music - nautilus is a file manager, not a music player. This uses tracker for locating and managing music. https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Music
