Не только. Они заблокировали упоминание любого ресурса, схожего по тематике/назначению с Пикабу. Golos.io например - пикаба не разрешает размещать пост при упоминании этого домена, а при размещении с некоторыми ухищрениями - модераторы их оперативно трут.
