Honestamente, no lo he probado, pero vi que tiene buenas referencias.
Si solo quieren cambiar su IP rápido, esta extensión de firefox también sirve:

Assuming this entire post isn't just advertising...
- They Store Logs
- They do not allow torrents or P2P
With the stored logs they'll have no trouble responding to DMCA notices. And since torrents/P2P are a violation of their TOS it won't matter if they want to terminate your service and/or respond to DMCA notices with your connection info.
Why are you posting this nonsense VPN in /r/VPNTorrents? Maybe it's OK as a free VPN for browsing, dunno... with the stored logs I wouldn't even trust it for that.
