Agreed. If anything, go to quickbooks.com and find someone local and highly rated. You can use them conventionally, or share the data online via Quickbooks. (No affiliation with Quickbooks, just experience)

I started off as a casual driver doing the bare minimum, but after a few months there are three things I did to upgrade my game:

1. add the insurance rideshare rider
2. get a dashcam
3. track my mileage and pay my quarterly taxes (both using quickbooks.com)

It's probably the same as their Quickbooks.com login info which is in their saved passwords list in Chrome. :P

If not, you make a phone call. If they don't know it, that's on THEM.
