program wise - synthesise information from this sub / elsewhere / personal experience / personal experiements.
I have a top level master goals list that is always accessible.
daily journal using omnwriter (mac) tracking habits http://chains.cc
break down all goals into tasks and put them into http://asana.com (set up repeat tasks etc)
To wrap it all up - I review everything I got to do (tasks in asana) and add into http://kanbanery.com which focuses me on what I'm doing right now.
