They do backup for multiple SaaS applications. Its also 100% cloud to cloud so you don't spend any time for maintenance and such

Definetely look into Keepit https://www.keepit.com/services/backup-microsoft-office-365/
Takes minutes to set up and 0 maintenance because it is cloud to cloud solution.
Not sure about costs, but I think they are cheaper than Veeam.
