Not exactly the same things but close: Lanes.

It comes with a built in timer that you can use for each task and it collects productivity info so you can see how much time you're spending per day / week / hour.

So you don't have estimated time but you do have time tracking.

Try Lanes. It has a calendar view but you can drill down to weekly or daily view too

It's a week planner and calendar and typical todo list (think Wunderlist) in one. You drag tasks from your lists (or 'master list of tasks' as you call it) to a day when you're ready to work on it.

See if it fits the bill. If not, I made it, so I'm happy to add features that might make it the "perfect" app.

Edit: dawh, just saw that you said iPhone app. We're Android and Web only for now but will be iOS soon.
