I've started using Leaf recently. I used to be a big Reeder user (and passive Google Reader user), but Leaf just added local RSS management (and it automatically imports your Google Reader feeds) and it's the only reader I've used that has it but also isn't overly ugly or intrusive.
The red is a bit much, though.
