To help make flash cards, search for .srt files, they are a common format for movie transacripts (for example, https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=Los+Simuladores+srt). This is easier than starting/stopping the movie.
You may want to try http://lingualmediaplayer.com, though if you don't know most of the words in a movie I think its easier to just make flash cards. I use Anki / AnkiDroid as a flashcard app, its great though a bit complicated to figure out.
