you can either send email one by one from your outlook / gmail or you can create xls (csv) with all the email addresses in format email, name, surname , marc, thompson
idea is that with ESP ( email service provider) you can create content that is like
Hello |LS:FIRSTNAME| |LS:LASTNAME|, I want to send you personalized offer, ....
Email service provider will send to all of your email addresses at the same time based on data that is in your xls and then track who opened email, who clicked on it and so on. Note that sending emails with gmail address this way wont work well so you will need to buy your own domain.
This may sound a bit complicating but it isn't, get an Email Service Account like ListShine that has support for free customers and see if support can help you. Note, I work for ListShine
This one is called ListShine, Not striving to be cheapest because amazon ses is not used but features are au par to mailerlite and inbox delivery rating is 9.9/10 according to senderscore.org. Recently it was featured on alternativeto.net so well.. so far so good :)
