Purpose: Provide real time feedback from users of your website or webapp.

Feedback Requested: Onboarding. Wondering how I can improve the user experience behind getting the account setup. The app requires you to install code on your site. This is done by other sites relatively commonly, but I feel like it's the biggest friction point in signing up. I've created a wordpress plugin to help with this, but for all other sites I want to make sure this process is as clear as possible. Essentially I'm trying to get the user to a 'win' as quickly as possible.

Comments: New to building software products, but have been doing digital marketing and web design for 12 years. Launched MARE about 70 days ago and have had some good feedback, but I'm looking to increase engagement and provide value to the end-user much faster.

Pitch: MARE stands for MArket REsearch and is a simple to use web survey tool similar to tools like Qualaroo (formerly KISSMetrics). You can create "micro" surveys that pop up while a visitor is on your site, giving you a ton of great insights into what your visitors are thinking.

These types of surveys work really well because there is context behind the answers (example: After a visitor bounces from a checkout page - "Was there anything stopping you from completing your purchase today?"

Deets: I left my job last year and started MARE in November. I launched the free version on November 27th, so it's still pretty young, but I've been able to accomplish a lot.

Looking for: Would love as much feedback as possible. I'm pushing out new updates every week, and I'm excited about pushing out a quality product.
