The first result for “MB Lab Blender” on Google is https://mb-lab-community.github.io/MB-Lab.github.io/ which seems to be outdated. It does look official though, considering the project is hosted on Github. I installed the addon recently and got confused by that as well.

For those who want to study it or even just use it, mblab is a great free blender addon that lets you create and customize a character (and with decent topology).

Better that makehuman in my opinion and characters looks similar to results obtained with CC3. Have a good day!
I think MB Lab is superior to makehuman. It has much finer controls and allows for much more detailed customization. It's integrated into Blender from the start. It's worth a looks and is also open source.
